baby equipment rental tybee island

Mermaid sightings on Martha’s Vineyard I thought my beloved tybee island was full of cottage charm and mermaids but Martha’s Vineyard may be our equal. This charming cottage we are renting in the area called East Chop called the Mermaid Boathouse is ideal for our much needed rest after a long rental season and passing of my mom. This cottage was also featured in Coastal Living magazine and the book Coast by Janelle McCulloch who also came to tybee and included several of our cottages in the same book. Loving our time here! Let day 2 of our adventure begin! Mermaids abound on Tybee island this time a year. Everywhere you look we see another mermaid! Bellamy the artist mermaid is in the house!! We are so honored to have the world famous artist Bellamy visit Tybee today. As you all know we love her art! Thank for visiting our cottages today. We look forward to your newest fabulous creations. Our own Mermaid Mona shared this little beauty she just received.

It’s Mona’s Christmas Mermaid! “Check out this awesome handcrafted mermaid ornament my friend Elaine gave me today; She’s about to get a special place on my tree! Thanks so much Elaine! About the artists, Bo and Morgen: “In August of 2011, an introduction by the pianist at our church led to a personal and professional relationship which has encouraged us to explore our creative talents. Bo uses wood, both harvested and found, to create beautiful pieces of furniture and home decor items. He also enjoys capturing local scenery with watercolors. Morgen enjoys painting with acrylics, photographing the beautiful region in which they live, and creating whimsical items with polymer clay.” We love learning about these wonderful artists from Darien, GA and we look forward to meeting more of their mermaids! Mermaids add just the right touch to your holiday decorations! Mermaid Sightings: Katya Fairy Tales Have you seen our latest Mermaid Sightings: Katya Fairy Tales?

“This photo was taken in Tucson at a bar/restaurant called McNesby’s. It’s a Philadelphia place – the guy is a transplant and wanted to have a Philadelphia dive bar that makes great Philly cheese steaks (they are GREAT!) and feels like Jersey Shore (it does)…..
effingham backpackAnd of course, when I saw this sign on the bathroom, I had to send it to you since you post photos of mermaids on your blog….. this one would be FABULOUS… lol…” – Jackie C., Los Angeles CAWe’re sending coastal waves to our new friends at McNesby’s! We know Mermaids are everywhere, coast to coast! and you could be featured in a future blog post, too! Mermaid Sightings and Big Girl Dreams We love Mermaid Sightings and big girl dreams! Melissa S., one of our Florida Mermaids, discovered this wonderful blog called House of Estrogen. It’s a wonderful blog about raising a family and we particularly love the entries about the transformation of a little girl’s dreams into a big girl’s new bedroom.

“This My Big Girl Room!” The transformation from nursery to big girl room is complete. While my heart aches that we’ll never have another little one in a crib, sanity takes over to remind me that we are COMPLETELY MAXED OUT – in energy, money, patience, and time. When I think about it that way, I’m thrilled to say BUH-BYE to all the baby gear. It is all going to a good home… to my housekeeper’s son and his girlfriend and their due-to-arrive-this-fall baby girl. – Ann and Addison, House of Estrogen… read more Ride, Sea Hagg, Ride Ride, Sea Hagg, Ride.
