I did plan the keep the O2/NRB separate, would be nice to find a backpack w/ detachable bag for it. My personal truck is an extended cab, but must fit 2 really awesome kids first. The backpack lends it self to securing w/seatbelt so the kids don't get beaned, heaven forbid, if something happened. The basic level is where i plan to stay at for now. Full with a "D" tank, BVM, O2 masks, SPO2 monitor, IV kit, trauma supplies, suction, etc. Everything fits nicely in there. It stores relatively flat and is somewhat ergonomic to carry (waist strap and nice padded shoulder straps).
