The butterflies will fly no matter the weather! All parking for the Butterfly Festival is at Wimberley High School or the Market Days parking lots. There are shuttles that will run throughout the day from those lots straight to the festival. In addition, there is an ADA-approved walkway directly from the High School to the festival grounds. Onsite parking will be limited to vehicles with a handicapped sticker or a special permit issued by the EmilyAnn Theatre.
Alcohol, Dogs, and Firearms Alcohol, pets, and firearms are NOT allowed on the EmilyAnn grounds. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only. Service animals are permitted. Artist of the Year The 2016 Butterfly Festival Artist of the Year will be 9th grader Hannah Kuriakose of Stafford Middle School in Frisco, Texas. Her winning entry in the 2015 butterfly art contest will be featured on the 2016 t-shirt and postcards. The Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) requires several forms, including a completed Preparticipation Physical Evaluation form, a Consent and Release from Liability Certificate, and a Concussion & Heat-Related Illness form, be on file with the Athletic Director prior to the student-athlete’s participation in any sports activity. These athletic forms all must be provided annually. Please note: These athletic forms are in addition to the two health forms required upon entry to the school, which are kept on file in the Registrar’s Office. Magadan spent more than a decade playing for several MLB teams. Jesuit High School is home to the area's premier high school athletic facilities, providing student-athletes with state-of-the-art venues, top training equipment, updated locker and shower facilities, and an aesthetically stimulating athletic environment.Alumni Track & Field at Corral Memorial Stadium features a state-of-the-art synthetic playing field, which was resurfaced in 2015, and rubberized track surface. The playing field is used by the football, soccer, and lacrosse programs.Paul Straub Field at Hyer Family Park was named field of the year by the National High School Baseball Coaches Association. Its dimensions are 320 feet down the lines and 380 to center, and it is perhaps the finest athletic facility in the Tampa Bay area.
