My only real complain would be the size of the velcro pockets inside of the backpack. They seem to be suited better to holding smaller things but I wish they were slightly bigger so they could hold small size devices. I can just barely fit my Nintendo DSi in one pouch with it being in there nice and snug which means anything bigger than that wont be able to fit in them. However, that really isn't a big deal because there are other pockets for those sized items.

All in all, this backpack is better than expected. I'm relieved that it could fit my 18.4" laptop and still have room to spare. Truth be told, I was a little nervous ordering online as several of the backpacks I encountered in the stores were cheaply made and did not accommodate a 17.3 inch notebook as advertised. This backpack stores my laptop with plenty of room to spare! There are also many little compartments for accessories, smaller electronic devices, etc. My most favorite part of the bag is the soft, "furry" lining on the inside of the notebook storage compartment. I doubt I will ever see a scratch on my laptop! I am not an avid gamer, so I will most likely never use the removable console storage piece, however, that leaves added space should I need to tote some books around... I also love the "raincoat" feature...again they were really thinking when putting this little gem together.

I am a firm believer in the old adage, “you get what you pay for” and I am convinced the purchase of this backpack was money well spent. Bravo on a job well done! After mine broke, he let me use his until mine was shipped. The one I ordered was the same model as his, and was shipped directly to my house, arriving on the predicted arrival date (about a week after ordering). When I unpacked it, it was exactly what I expected. The zippers and labels are slightly different from the first backpack, but that's a good thing-- we can (barely) tell them apart. Now for the backpack itself... The back pocket is designed specifically to hold the laptop, and mine fits with plenty of extra space (17.3"). The second pocket is very roomy, and can hold my 5 textbooks, a waterbottle, mouse, battery charger, and purse with some space left over.

The outer and side pockets seem quite nice too. The bottom of the backpack is highly padded and very laptop-friendly. The straps are nice, and not too wide, so they don't slip off of my shoulders. The backpack also comes with a rain cover, though I have not had to use it yet. I definitely like this backpack-- it's comfortable, well-made, and has enough space for all my stuff. Although somewhat pricey for a backpack, even at discount stores, one would be very hard pressed to find one for an 18.4" laptop. Lots of room for other stuff, feels very sturdy, and even comes with a store-able wet weather cover for the whole backpack. Definitely would recommend and very happy I did.
