Your Sprayer is designed to give you years of dependable service. On occasion, you may have problems or need repair parts. Here you can find your answers. Q.  How do I operate the Sprayer Properly? Always wear eye and hand protection. Just remove the lid of the sprayer by turning the handle counter clockwise and removing the pump assembly. Carefully fill your sprayer to about 1/2 to 3/4 full and place you lid back on your sprayer and turning clockwise. Make sure the lid is on tight or else your sprayer will not operate properly. Operate the pump by twisting to unlock the handle and pump about 20 times to pressurize your sprayer.  Unscrew the nozzle on the end of the spray gun and screw the plastic extension onto the spray gun. Make sure all your connections are tight. Now you are ready to operate. Q.  When finished, what should I do? Always make sure you clean your sprayer  !!!!!!!!. If you don't, your material may dry in your sprayer and the next time you go to use it, it will not operate properly.
The best way is with warm soapy water, make sure after cleaning, you rinse with just warm water. Make sure you also place the warm soapy water in the tank. Pump it up a few times and flush out the hose, spraygun and extension.I have problems and my Sprayer doesn't work properly. I have followed all the instructions and something is wrong.  What do I do? This next section was designed just to answer those questions. Q. My Sprayer does not hold or build up pressure. Make sure the pump assembly is screwed on tightly, there is no debris around the gasket on the bottom of the pump barrel, and the spray gun is in a closed position. Remove the pump assembly and turn upside down. You will see a rubber part on the bottom ( the check valve). Make sure that this is properly inserted into the bottom of the pump assembly. If so, you can remove it by gently pulling it away from the pump tube. Make sure there is no debris between the check valve and the bottom of the pump barrel.
If the above does not remedy your problem, next you will have to check the piston cup. To remove the pump barrel, look at the top your pump assembly (by the handle). You will see two slotted ears, press them both in at the same time and remove your pump barrel away from the cap and handle. Then you can slide off your pump barrel and you will see a white piston cup and holder. Make sure there is no nicks, cuts or damage to this piston cup. Also check for any debris inside of your pump barrel. Check your hoses for any leaks. Q.  Ok I have done all the above and my sprayer still doesn't build pressure. Chances are that damage has occurred to one or several of the parts mentioned above. You will have to use a parts kit listed in our parts area to rebuild your sprayer. Q.  I pump up my sprayer and nothing comes out through the spray tip. The diaphragm in the spray gun might be sticking.  Lightly tap the spray gun on a hard surface. This will loosen the diaphragm and the gun should operate properly.
Check to make sure your spray tips, spray gun and extension are not clogged. If clogged, clean with a non sharp object such as a toothpick. Never use a paperclip or any hard object. Q.  The spray coming out the tip is very uneven and giving me a bad application. Your spray tip is probably clogged follow the instructions above in item 2. Q.  Nozzle continues to leak after the gun is shut off. There is dirt or sediment in your gun. Gun needs to be replaced.laurex laptop backpack Q.  My tank is leaking.backpack literature 5th edition pdf download Damage has occurred to your tank, there is no way to fix this, you will have to dispose of the tank.diophy backpack Q.  Ok I am still having problems, what can I do?supreme backpack 34th

Liquid never empties out. Only sprays about 2 feet This thing only sprays about 3 feet with 110LBS city water supply. Had to do major modifications to get it to work for me. I needed to spray a 25FT tree and depended on the 30 foot stream specification they listed. What a waste of money. Would give it zero stars if it was available DIY Response: We tested the ones we have in inventory and they do meet the 30 feet specification (especially after removing the deflector) with typical water pressure. If the one you have is not performing, give us a call at 1-800-476-3368 and provide your order number. We'll be happy to send out another one.
