Customer service was great when I came in to pick it up. Now for the actual stand review, I am VERY happy with the way it went up. This is the first tree stand I've erected and it took 2 of us about an hour and a bit to get done. The instructions were straight forward and I'm sure the second stand I purchased will go up even easier. That being said, there are a lot of bolts to set, this is a 2 to 3 man job. I've only used the stand once so far this season, but I have nothing but good things to say about it. Sturdy, lots of room. I'm 5ft 10in, about 185 Lbs., my buddy is 170 lbs. and about the same height, no issues with both of us being up there.

I took some brown and green camo paint took care of that problem. Well worth the money. The seat and platform is large enough for 2 average size adult hunters. They are not as tall as some other ladder stands as they are 15' high at the shooting level and the platform is about 12' high.

This was sufficient height for me but it's something to consider. I also used more heavy duty straps than the ones that come with the stand and I also used extra straps...just in case. There are no extra hardware pieces in the package so don't loose anything or you'll have to make a trip to the hardware store. Assembly instruction that came with the stand are easy to understand so first one took about 45 minutes to assemble and subsequent ones only took about 20 minutes. PRO - Easy to set up, large enough for two adults, stable platform, comes with two safety harness and low price. CON - Not as tall as some other stands and low quality ratchet straps. Overall they are good no frills ladder stand at very reasonable price. I'll probably get 1 or 2 more in future.
