Gates open at 2PM CT, and music ends at 1AM CT. What are your box office hours? Check back closer to the festival for our Box Office Hours! When will the lineup be released? The BUKU 2017 initial lineup has been announced! Check it out HERE. Is BUKU ADA Accessible? Yes, and the BUKrewe wants to ensure that ALL fans can enjoy the show! Both the festival grounds and the VIP Riverboat are ADA accessible.

How do I register my wristband? Check back soon for details on how to register your wristband! Why should I register my wristband? What can’t I bring to, or do, at BUKU? You and your belongings will be searched upon entry and all patrons are subject to re-search while on festival property. Seriously, please respect the festival and your fellow fans!

If you violate any of these guidelines, we have the right to refuse entry or kick you out without refund, take your bad stuff from you, and call your mother! Am I allowed to bring an empty water bottle or Camelbak?And we’ll have free water stations for you to fill those suckers up. You are allowed ONE (1) EMPTY Camelbak, Nalgene, Water Bottle, or Klean Kanteen (must be empty upon arrival at the gate). I have special dietary/medical needs. Will my special items be allowed in? Outside food and drink is not allowed at BUKU, but if a patron has special medical dietary restrictions, items will be allowed if accompanied by a doctor’s note. You will be asked to present your doctor’s note to security upon entry to the festival. A patron requiring insulin is allowed to bring his or her medically necessary materials and medications provided all medicine has a prescription label with the patron’s name.

Feel free to head over to the main medical tent at any time for assistance with storing your medical materials. What’s the deal with water? Please please please hydrate! Water will be sold at all full-serve bars throughout the site. We will also have a few free water filling stations provided inside the venue. Remember you are permitted one (1) EMPTY CamelBak, Nalgene, water bottle, or Klean Kanteen upon arrival.

Louis Armstrong New Orleans is the closest airport to fly into if you’re travelling from across the BUKU nation! Will there be parking and how much?There will be parking lots open for BUKU attendees with limited spots available on a first-come, first-served basis. These lots are the property and sole responsibility of, and will be controlled and staffed by, the New Orleans Convention Center. Team BUKU is not responsible for anything that goes on out there, but please play nice and don’t tailgate.

Will there be food at BUKU?We work hard to make sure the food sold at BUKU is unique, indigenous to NOLA, and different than your usual festival fair. Come hungry and check back soon for more info on vendors and food options! What should I know about Booze? Of course, you MUST be 21+ to drink. There will be a maximum limit of two (2) drinks per person per order. Good news — VIP ticket holders may leave the VIP-designated areas with a drink, but only one (1) drink at a time. Do not drink and drive.

Do not buy a drink for anyone under 21. You will not be served if you are under 21, don’t have a photo ID proving you are at least 21, and/or are intoxicated. What’s the ATM situation like? There will be ATMs on-site, both near the box office and inside the festival. Will there be a lost & found at BUKU, and where? If you lose something (or someone), please come to the info booth and hopefully we can assist you. If you find an abandoned item that is not yours, please kindly bring it to the info booth during the festival and we will do everything in our best ability to return it to its rightful owner! Do you have Info, Medical and First Aid Stations on-site?We make every effort to create a safe environment at the festival. To ensure this, we have security and medical staff working throughout the grounds, as well as several clearly marked medical tents and an information booth located in short walking distance to every stage. If you’re experiencing any problems whatsoever, please locate a festival staff member, security guard, or police officer.
