I decided on the Grey-colored Okkatots bag and felt that it would meet my needs.The bag arrived today and I was struck by a few things:1) The exterior material is very durable (Great!)2) There are indeed lots of pockets (Good!)3) The workmanship is poor and quality control wasn't paying attention (Terrible!)4) Customer service (which I called immediately) was non-existent (Awful!)My short video review shows three examples of the sub-par workmanship, particularly the stitching.
