We stand behind every product we make. If you are unhappy with any of our products at the time you receive it, feel free to send them back for a refund or exchange. Products are warrantied for materials and workmanship for the life of the product. We will try to repair damage caused by normal wear and tear at a reasonable cost. See below for more details. There may be cases in which you may want to exchange or return a new piece of gear due a concern about fit, product expectations, or a similar reason. Sitka will accept unused garments originally purchased direct from Sitka to issue a replacement. Gear must be returned within 60 days of the original purchase date. If a replacement product is unavailable we will contact the customer to determine how they would like to proceed. By law, garments sent in for repair must be CLEAN; you must wash used garments before mailing. Dirty garments will be returned without a resolution of your return. For faster turnaround, please use an expedited shipping service (such as overnight or 2nd day). Expedited orders will receive priority processing whenever possible. While Sitka’s gear is built to be tough, it is not invincible. It will be put to the test, encountering limbs, barb wire, rocks and other conditions that may harm or damage the gear.
