They are so comfortable and accomodate orthotics(removable insole).

Although they only come in average width, they fit my wide feet well. This is my 3rd pair and will continue to wear them, for I tried so many other brands and always end up returning them. They also are pretty cute, and don't look like old lady orthopedic shoes. I love my Josef Seibels !!! I was looking for a casual shoe that would not sacrifice style for comfort. The metallic color was perfect for me; not converse bright, but not dull and boring either. There is moderate arch support and the insole is removable if you want to replace it with your own inserts for all day walking. I look forward to wearing these in the spring! I usually wear a 40-41 and found the 41 was quite small. The inside padding on these was also notably absent around the outside edge while they were very padded in the center. Maybe the padding was a size issue but Zappos didn't have the next bigger size. Loved the look of these but the tab in the back came up too high and was uncomfortable for the back of my ankle. This time, I decided to branch out a little and try the "Rebecca" clogs even though I worried the look might be a little "groovy" (the patchwork leather and chunky wood heel have a kind of 70s look) but once I put them on, I immediately liked them. Comfortable, sturdy, and attractive. I'm glad I bought them! This shoe has everything I was looking for -- it's pretty and flattering on my feet, it's made with high quality leather, and it has a low heel. My foot is difficult to fit, with a narrow heel and a wide forefoot.

The strap holds my heel comfortably in place and the toe box is wide enough to accommodate my wide forefoot. This shoe can be dressed up or down. Very happy with my purchase.
