눇Great value for the money. Very clean, the rooms are small with 4 beds on the dorrms, quite and free beer. 눉Beds in dorm room squeak at the slightest movement 눉Just for the budget travelers. It might be cheaper to pay a little more for a hotel that includes breakfast. They told me that the "best/cheapest" way to get to their place was 17 USD. While there are bus companies taking you from the airport to the city for around 30000 Dong per person :)눇Friendly people. The room is basic, but very okay. We could left our luggage at their place to go to Sapa for a few days. 눉is not coming with free breakfast. mattress is really hard! hot water gets cold fast. not enough space in room to leave baackpack눇first one staff told me i can check-in by 10am which was nice, but then next staff let me in even earlier. free beer by 6 pm 눇very friendly and warmly 눉No hot water for our stay. Staff were not very friendly.눇Accommodated a group of 8 of us in the same dormitory room.

눉Staff attitude was bad. Otherwise, it would be good. 눇It's my first time backpacking and this hostel gave me an awesome experience which stimulated me to plan many more backpacking trips in the future 눇front desk guy was very rude n bossy like its his house, not helpful, English is bad and very noisy 눇The room and the bathroom was very good for the price paid. Everything is very smooth and no problem staying there. 눉Staff at the reception could be friendlier.눇Comfy and clean beds. Sharing a toilet with 7 other dorm mates could get a little uncomfortable but the good thing is the hotel staff cleans it everyday. And of course, free beers during happy hours! 눉Staff unfriendly, didn't give me information about free beer or towel, noisy area , you can't leave your bike in the street so you have to paid a parking 20k dong눇Localisation , free beers 6pm/7pm , nice bathroom 눉Mattresses made of Styrofoam, hard 눉Heater didn't work, informed staff but didn't bother to fix it.

It was horrible that I stayed for three nights and it was not fixed눇Air-conditioned, cheap 눉The beds in the dorm are too narrow, I was afraid I'd fall off(I didn't ). Place is kept fairly clean, dont expect immaculate.눇Free beer for an hour everyday!! Use of shower etc even if you've checked out. I had booked a tour with them so I had a few hours to kill, they let me drop off my luggage, let me use the shower and even gave me a fresh towel.
