Guests may bring select food items such as tea, coffee and small breakfast items until 11am during Monday and Tuesday practice sessions as well as practice sessions occurring Wednesday through Saturday. No food or drink will be allowed in the arena on Sunday. Guest Service Centers will not check-in or store any food or beverage items. A select group of TD Garden concession stands will be open during practice sessions on Monday and Tuesday, beginning with lunch service at 11:00 am. Upon arrival at TD Garden, deliver your banners to the Organizing Committee information table on the main concourse across from Section 20-21. Once delivered, a volunteer will label the back of your banner with your name to identify it for return. Beginning on Sunday, April 3, 2016 TD Garden will open at noon and fans may pick up their banners at the same information table. Due to space restrictions, banners may only be hung in specified areas of TD Garden and are to be horizontal, 36-inches wide by 24-inches tall or 90-centimeters wide by 60-centimeters tall. Banners that are not of this size cannot be hung. Importantly, under no circumstances may fans hang their own banners. The T’s green and orange lines offer quick transportation between the arena and the official hotels with no change of trains. This is the simplest way of getting to the arena. Those that have sold out are listed with a “Sold out*” notation.
Remember, cancellations can be made up to 60 days before check-in. As a result, rooms may become available even after selling out. The LOC recommends checking hotel booking sites periodically to see if any hotel rooms have opened due to a cancellation.
